La distancia entre el campo solar y el punto de almacenamiento o carga se paga en línea, en servidumbres y en pérdidas; el terreno más barato rara vez es el más cercano. Comparar polígonos candidatos con el trazado y la línea incluidos en la cuenta, y no solo con el valor del suelo, suele cambiar la respuesta.The first question is geometric: where the energy is generated and where it is stored or consumed. The distance between the solar field and the storage or load point is paid in line, in easements, and in losses; the cheapest land is rarely the closest. Comparing candidate sites with the routing and the line included in the calculation, not just the land value, tends to change the answer.

Voltages, connection point, scope of studies, and asset ownership are agreed in writing at this stage. Every assumption left verbal is the most expensive line in the budget: it appears in no table and returns in the negotiation at a different price.

Soil mechanics governs foundations, installation, and schedule, and no later study compensates for what was not done here. In practice it is the critical path of the pre-feasibility: other campaigns can run in parallel, but structural decisions wait for the geotechnical report.

La cuarta es de secuencia. Un proyecto bien estructurado condiciona cada fase a los hallazgos de la anterior, no al calendario. La compuerta entre etapas es una decisión con evidencia, no una fecha. A well-structured project conditions each phase on the findings of the previous one, not on the calendar. The gate between stages is a decision backed by evidence, not a date. And the scope of the next phase is priced with written assumptions and a variation mechanism: if the final configuration differs from the one assessed, the price is reviewed against the assumptions, not against the parties' patience.

Una prefactibilidad no responde si el proyecto es bueno. Responde qué tendría que ser cierto para que lo sea, y cuánto cuesta verificarlo. It answers what would have to be true for it to be, and what it costs to verify it. That is the standard by which it should be read, and commissioned.
